How long does delivery take?
Domestic orders within India are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping across India on all orders. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for damaged or defective items, valid for Indian orders only. A clear unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared within 3 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for full details.

Can I exchange my order?
Yes, exchanges are available for damaged or defective items. Please raise your request within 3 days of delivery along with your unboxing video.

Are international orders eligible for returns?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on international orders at this time. We encourage you to review size guides and product details carefully before placing your order.

Are the colours accurate in photos?
We make every effort to represent colours accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions during photography.
